Bandhan World Matrimony Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions

1.1. “Affiliate” means an individual or entity that participates in the Bandhan World Matrimony Affiliate Program.

1.2. “Affiliate Program” means the program operated by Bandhan World Matrimony that allows Affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Bandhan World Matrimony services.

1.3. “Bandhan World Matrimony” means the online matrimony platform owned and operated by Bandhan Connect LLP.

1.4. “Commission” means the payment earned by an Affiliate for each successful referral.

1.5. “Referral” means a user who registers on Bandhan World Matrimony through an Affiliate’s unique referral link.

2. Enrollment and Participation

2.1. To participate in the Affiliate Program, an individual or entity must submit an application through the Bandhan World Matrimony website.

2.2. Bandhan World Matrimony reserves the right to approve or reject any application.

2.3. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.

3. Affiliate Obligations

3.1. Affiliates must promote Bandhan World Matrimony services in a professional and lawful manner.

3.2. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.3. Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive or misleading practices, including but not limited to:
* Using fake or misleading profiles.
* Making false or exaggerated claims about Bandhan World Matrimony services.
* Using spam or unsolicited email to promote Bandhan World Matrimony services.

4. Commission Structure

4.1. Affiliates will earn a commission for each successful referral who registers on Bandhan World Matrimony and pays for a premium membership.

4.2. The commission rate will be 20 % of the premium membership fee.

4.3. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Bandhan World Matrimony will pay commissions to Affiliates via bank transfer,UPI.

5.2. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete payment information to receive commissions.

5.3. Bandhan World Matrimony reserves the right to withhold payment of commissions if an Affiliate’s account is inactive or if there are any discrepancies in the Affiliate’s payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Bandhan World Matrimony retains all rights to its intellectual property, including but not limited to its trademarks, logos, and copyrights.

6.2. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bandhan World Matrimony’s intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting Bandhan World Matrimony services.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the other party.

7.2. Upon termination, Affiliates must immediately cease promoting Bandhan World Matrimony services and remove all Bandhan World Matrimony intellectual property from their websites and promotional materials.

8. Governing Law

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

9. Entire Agreement

9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

10. Amendments

10.1. Bandhan World Matrimony reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time.

10.2. Affiliates will be notified of any changes to this Agreement via email or through the Bandhan World Matrimony website.

By participating in the Bandhan World Matrimony Affiliate Program, Affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance Criteria for Affiliates
To be eligible for the Bandhan World Matrimony Affiliate Program, Affiliates must:

1. Be at least 18 years old.
2. Have a valid email address and phone number.
3. Have a website, blog, or social media presence that aligns with Bandhan World Matrimony’s values and target audience.
4. Agree to promote Bandhan World Matrimony services in a professional and lawful manner.

Rejection Criteria for Affiliates
Bandhan World Matrimony reserves the right to reject any Affiliate application if:

1. The Affiliate’s website, blog, or social media presence contains objectionable or offensive
