Refund Policy – BandhanWorld Matrimony Services
At BandhanWorld, our goal is to support meaningful connections between individuals. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any paid services.

1. No Refunds on Membership Fees
All payments made towards subscription or membership fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes auto-renewals, upgrades, or changes in personal preferences post-purchase

Any unused portion of a paid package cannot be refunded or carried forward to another service or subscription

2. Exceptions Only for Partner Match Guarantee
If you’ve subscribed to an eligible Self-Serve Membership Package, meet the profile requirements (e.g., photos, verified ID, profile completeness), actively interact as required, and still don’t receive a response from any matches within 21 days, you may request a full refund—no questions asked .

3. Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund qualifies under the guarantee or service fault, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing. For international card payments, amounts will be refunded in Indian Rupees using current exchange rates; any bank-imposed charges are borne by the user

4. Service Errors Handling
In the unlikely event of a genuine processing error on our part, we will refund the exact amount paid, provided you supply appropriate evidence supporting the error

5. Automatic Renewal Policy
Paid memberships may be set to auto-renew—unless you cancel before renewal, you will be charged for the next term.

To avoid unexpected charges, you must cancel no later than two days before the renewal date. Cancellations should be communicated via email or your account dashboard.

6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund (eligible only under the guarantee or due to our error), send us an email including:

Your registration/member ID

Date of subscription/payment

Reason for refund request (e.g., no responses within 21 days or evidence of error)
